Let’s face it, trying to workout in the summer can be a shit show.
It’s hard to get into a routine in the summer because our kids are home from school, we’re heading up to the cottage, we have long weekends, and we might be having a few more patio drinks than usual.
Part of the reason we end up skipping our workouts in the summer isn’t because we’re not motivated, but it’s usually because we just don’t know what to do and getting to the gym or making it to a fitness class can be extra challenging.
