If you have any tightness in your muscles or joints, this program will teach you how to stretch the muscles of your upper body, torso and lower body to improve your overall flexibility.
This program can decrease pain related to muscle tightness or pain related to limited flexibility. By increasing your range of motion you can decrease pain and improve your body’s strength, enhancing the movements in your daily life and your overall exercise performance.
The stretching program takes you through upper body, torso and lower body stretches. It also includes modifications for stretches for those with different levels of flexibility.
These stretches can be incorporated into your regular workout regime or done as part of a flexibility rehab program.
