If you have any shoulder dysfunction or pain, this program will teach you how to reset your scapula (shoulder blades) and strengthen the muscles to keep them moving properly. This program will decrease your shoulder pain and improve your shoulder flexibility, enhancing the movements in your daily life and your overall exercise performance.
This exercise program takes you through very basic exercises (level 1) all the way to a full upper body workout that strengthens your shoulders (level 5) in the safest way possible.
Complete each level over 2-3 weeks or until you feel the exercises are becoming too easy. Then move onto the next level.
These exercises can be incorporated into your regular workout regime or done as part of a shoulder rehab program.
- Resistance bands (light, moderate, and heavy tension)
- Bench or step
- Light weighted balls
- Dumbbells light, moderate, and heavy
- TRX, or cable rowing machine
- Chin up bar and assistant band
