If you have any lower back pain, this program will teach you how to stabilize your core by strengthening your back, hip and core muscles to keep your spine and hips moving properly.
This program will decrease any back pain and improve your core strength, enhancing the movements in your daily life and your overall exercise performance.
The exercise program takes you through very basic exercises (level 1) all the way to a full body workout that targets the core (level 5) in the safest way possible.
Complete each level over 2-3 weeks or until you feel the exercises are becoming too easy. Then move onto the next level.
These exercises can be incorporated into your regular workout regime or done as part of an lower back and core rehab program.
- Mini Stability Ball
- Resistance Bands (light, medium and heavy)
- Light weighted balls
- BOSU ball
- Dumbbells (light, moderate and heavy)
