If you poor posture that causes neck, upper back and/or shoulder pain, this program will teach you how to improve your posture by strengthening your deep postural muscles in your neck, upper back and shoulders.
This program will decrease any posture-related pain and improve your posture, enhancing the movements in your daily life and your overall exercise performance.
The exercise program takes you through very basic exercises (level 1) all the way to a full upper body workout that targets your postural muscles (level 5) in the safest way possible.
Complete each level over 2-3 weeks or until you feel the exercises are becoming too easy. Then move onto the next level.
These exercises can be incorporated into your regular workout regime or done as part of a posture or neck/upper back pain rehab program.
- Resistance bands (light, moderate, and heavy tension)
- Dumbbells (light, moderate and heavy)
- Yoga mat
- Stability ball
