What better treat to make on Valentine’s Day than a homemade Lara ball??
If you’re not familiar with Lara bars, they are delicious energy bars made of simple ingredients like dates, nuts and chocolate. They are the type of snack you can feel good about.
I probably spent a quarter of my paycheck on Lara bars each week when I lived in Toronto… I was addicted for sure.
But now living out in the country, I don’t have the same access to snack bars as I used to (probably for the better;))
However, that doesn’t mean I still can’t enjoy the homemade version! And now you can too – they are so easy and chances are you already have all of the ingredients!
Ok, here is the recipe and have a happy Valentines Day <3
