This is the perfect summer dip because it’s super refreshing and easy to make on a hot summer day.

Speaking of hot summer days, smoothies are literally one of my favourite healthy snacks or meals to have to cool down.

Ok, who doesn’t love a good barbecue in the summer? But sometimes veggie burgers can be a little…blah. Not these bad boys though! These chickpea veggie burgers are super moist and flavourful!
5. Coconut Oil Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ok maybe cookies aren’t a summer recipe per se… but who doesn’t love cookies any time of the year, right?? I’m obsessed with these cookies and will definitely be making more than once this summer!
