Today I’ve decided to simplify how to eat a plant-based diet by making a few simple swaps to your everyday staples. When trying to make diet changes towards a healthier lifestyle, it can be really confusing and overwhelming – I still get overwhelmed all the time!
However, choosing plant-based products doesn’t have to be confusing and you can trust that it will almost always be the healthier choice. Even if you just choose plant-based some of the time, it’s going to make a HUGE difference.
Thus, in order to keep things simple, I made today’s post very easy to follow and kept it straightforward.

To be clear, my goal is not to tell you how to eat or that you NEED to be Vegan to be healthy – it’s quite the contrary actually:
Every body is different and requires different foods to feel good.
However, limiting your consumption of dairy and animal products can help save the animals, the environment and your overall health. And that’s why we should all take some small steps to make more plant-based choices. 🙂
